Toro ssam bap must be ordered with sea urchin 🐟 The sea urchin from Hokkaido is incredibly fresh and sweet 💯, which elevates the entire taste experience. For ramen, I chose the most distinctive Wagyu beef ramen 🐮 and the family ramen. The Wagyu beef ramen has a rich broth 🥒, and the beef is served relatively raw. However, after soaking for a while, it reaches a perfect medium-rare (❓) consistency. The texture is excellent ✅. The family ramen is more ordinary 🦐, but it's generously filled with ingredients. You can enjoy bacon and fresh shrimp 🥓, and the broth is also very flavorful. However, I found both broths to be a bit salty 🍼. I still prefer the appetizers.
