Shrimp Skewer with Quail Egg & Shiso ๐ฆ Five-star recommendation โ Both my friend and I had one skewer each and then ordered two more. The plump and springy shrimp paired with quail eggs is a delightful surprise ๐. Wagyu Sushi Assortment 6PCS ๐ฎ You absolutely must not miss this โ My favorite is the one topped with sea urchin. If you find the Wagyu too raw, you can even grill it ๐ฅ, and it turns out just as delicious. For grilled meat, we ordered: Tenderloin steak ๐ฅฉ Prime short rib Prime skirt steak โ I recommend the short rib and tenderloin ๐. The former has a rich texture, while the tenderloin is all lean meat with no fat ๐ท. I personally love it ๐ฏ. For dessert, you must order the green tea tiramisu ๐ต. It has a very unique texture ๐ฐ, without the cake part, but it's incredibly delicious and not overly rich โ๏ธ.
