Jiangsu and Zhejiang Cuisine Chinese Restaurant in LA | Din Tai Fung
π₯ Red Oil Wontons with Pork and Greens Actually has a sweet taste. We ordered the pork and green vegetable filling, which seems to be shepherd's purse. The greens are more dominant. 𦴠Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs These are very tasty. They're not typical Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine. The ribs are served hot, not cold. π₯’ Black Pork Xiaolongbao The dough is a bit dry. Not as good as the ones in Wuhan, but it's quite good to have this flavor in the United States. π₯¦ Broccoli A standard stir-fried broccoli. I usually just boil it at home, so it's been a while since I've had stir-fried. π² Shanghai Shrimp and Rice Cake Stir-fry Very ordinary, haha. The rice cakes are still hard and not well separated; they're all stuck together. π©Din Tai Fung 10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Ste 2400, Los Angeles, CA 90067 #Los Angeles#Din Tai Fung#food diary ### name:Din Tai Fung address:10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Ste 2400, Los Angeles, CA 90067 type:restruant ###
