First thought stepping off the ship: "This is literally Twilight's Forks—Bella's hometown come to life!" 🌲☁️ 🏔️ Mendenhall Glacier Adventure Took the $2 public bus (then a scenic 40-min walk to the glacier). Perfect for hiking families—our kids handled the trail easily. Not recommended for mobility-limited travelers. Taxi back: $42 to Tracy’s King Crab Shack (Location #2). Pro tip: Skip the crowded main branch—this one had no queue when we arrived! 🛍️ Downtown Vibes Similar shops to Ketchikan (we explored deeply yesterday, so just browsed today). Scored handcarved whale-tail ivory earrings (souvenir win!). 🚡 Goldbelt Tram Skip Chose to pass due to fog/rain (poor visibility at the summit).
