This time, we skipped the overhyped bakeries and went for an authentic Mexican breakfast – and it was SO good it almost moved me to tears 😭. That rich, cheesy comfort felt like the guilty pleasure of a Hong Kong-style baked rice, but in breakfast form! Here’s what we ordered: 🇲🇽 Omelette a la Mexicana ✅ This was an absolute game-changer! The eggs were incredibly tender, and the melted cheese gave it that sinful, creamy joy 🤤. Served with a side of savory bean paste that stretched the cheesy goodness even further – way better than your typical American omelette! 🐖 Cochinita Brunch It was okay. I’m not the biggest pork fan, and the shredded meat felt a bit dry to me. 🍹 Agua Fresca ✅ You can order their cocktails or non-alcoholic drinks – and they come in huge, refreshing cups! We tried the hibiscus and guava flavors. I personally loved the guava!
