As a huge fan of Japanese-style mazesoba (mixed noodles), I was super excited to discover this new placeāand it totally exceeded my expectations! Itās just as good as Menya Hanabi, but now I donāt have to wait in those long lines anymore. š In such a competitive food scene, itās rare to find a spot that keeps prices so reasonable. We also tried their tonkotsu ramenāreally solid š And the kimchi cold noodles were super refreshingāperfect for this warm weather! š But their mazesoba is still my top recommendationāso fragrant and not greasy at all. It even comes with side dishes and vinegar to mix in.
