Bear Steak Sandwich uses flank steak ($18), which is leaner… But I went all out and tried the $27 Ribeye Steak Sandwich — and it was worth every penny! So delicious! You get that satisfying crunch from the ciabatta, followed by juicy, tender meat… Plus the garlicky, olive-oil richness of chimichurri with a hint of sweetness. Absolutely unforgettable!
