There’s a little lavender sprig on the rim for decoration 🌸, and it’s a lovely blue-purple color from butterfly pea flower. The main bits are lemon juice and ginger beer—since “sour” is right in the name, I knew it’d be tangy going in. They added lavender and chamomile too, which leaves a soft floral aftertaste. Only bummer: I asked for less ice, so the drink looked super small—and ended up even more sour because of it 😣. ✅ Bin242 “Braised & Confused” 💰24.65/12.33 (half-price with a drink!) It’s their April featured beef burger—decent portion, though not as big as last month’s special. When it first came out, I almost did a double-take 😱: there was so much cilantro sprinkled on top! Picked it all off, and it got way better. As usual, I went for the Lettuce Wrap—two huge, fresh, juicy lettuce leaves, which worked great. Under the cilantro, there were corn chips—crunchy but not crispy, and they had a bit of that greasy aftertaste that lingered on my tongue. Not my favorite part 😕. Next layer was white cheddar cheese—smoky and melty, so fragrant once heated 🧀. Beneath the cheese? Braised beef brisket bits mixed with chipotle peppers—this was the star! 🌟 Slightly spicy, which added so much flavor, a little salty but totally delicious. Under the brisket, there’s a beef patty—I usually don’t love ground meat or burger patties, but theirs was okay. No stringy bits, even the meat crumbles were good, and you could really taste the beefy flavor when chewing. At the bottom, there were two tomato slices and some shredded cabbage—fresh and crispy, nice texture 🥬. The burger sauce was Chipotle Aioli, a basic slightly spicy mayo—creamy and rich, just a bit too salty.
