Kalbarri Day Trip from Perth

On our second day in Perth, we headed to Kalbarri for a day of stunning natural wonders! 1️⃣ Pink Lake (Hutt Lagoon) 💖 You can see the famous pink lake right from the road! We parked in a designated area to take photos – the pink water is truly dreamlike. Best viewed in the morning sunlight when the colour is most vibrant. ⚠️ Note: There’s a slight sulphur smell up close, but it’s still totally Instagram-worthy! 2️⃣ Natural Bridge 🌊 A breathtaking and dramatic coastal formation with unbelievably blue water. ⚠️ MUST bring a hat and a fly net! The moment you step out of the car, thousands of flies will surround you. 😵 Seriously – open your mouth, and you might swallow one! 3️⃣ Pot Alley 📸 Similar views to Natural Bridge but way fewer flies! It was also less crowded when we went – great for photos. ☀️ Don’t forget sunscreen – the sun is intense here. 4️⃣ Nature’s Window 🪟 An iconic and majestic viewpoint – but requires a short hike. We arrived around 4 PM and it was extremely hot 🥵. 🧢🦟 MUST bring a hat + fly net again – the flies are relentless! Trying to take a photo? The second you remove the net, they attack. It’s scary but worth it for the view! 📌 Tips: Start early to avoid extreme heat and crowds Pack LOTS of water, sunscreen, and a fly net Wear comfortable walking shoes #Perth #Kalbarri #DayTrip #WesternAustralia #PinkLake #NaturesWindow #PotAlley #NaturalBridge #TravelAustralia #WA
