Nishiki Tenmangu and Kamogawa River ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿƒ ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒฟ To reach Gion Shijo Station for the Keihan train to Uji in the evening, we took a break and then set off northward to Nishikikoji, heading towards Shin-Kyogoku for dinner. ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒฟ ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Along the way, we inevitably passed by the so-called famous Nishiki Market and caught a glimpse of Nishiki Tenmangu Shrine. ๐Ÿฏ ๐ŸŒ† The market was predominantly filled with foreigners, ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒฟ and the stalls were a mix of small eateries catering to Western tourists, as well as vendors selling 'authentic old Kyoto snacks' and 'traditional Japanese crafts', essentially a covered Xi'an Muslim Quarter. ๐ŸŒ ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒฟ ๐Ÿข #Japan #Travel ๐ŸŽŒ๐ŸŒธ
