Katy Trail Ice House in Dallas

😄This weekend, the weather was just perfect for a little date with my friend on a patio. The Ice House is located right next to the Katy Trail in the Uptown area, with a vibe that’s perfect for socializing with friends. 🥩We usually go there in the afternoons or evenings during the weekdays when it’s not too crowded and you can easily pick a seat. But this time, we arrived at 6:30 PM on a Friday night, and it was packed. We had to wait for an hour before we got a table. Once seated, the waiter was really efficient, and the drinks and food came out quickly. He was juggling four glasses in one hand and two in the other—it was super impressive. 🦞The food is typical American fare—burgers, hot dogs, chili, etc., nothing too special but good enough. It’s more about hanging out with friends, chatting, and having a drink. They have a wide selection of draft beers and cocktails. The glasses are huge, almost the size of your face. I highly recommend their frozen margaritas and sangria. 🐌The place was really busy on the weekend. When we left at around 10 PM, there was still a line of people waiting to get in, and it took almost 10 minutes to get our car back from the valet.
