Kawasaki City Hall Observation Deck, Worth a Visit! 🌆 🌟🌿 In Japan, many city halls and ward offices have observation decks on their top floors. 🏙️ I've been to the one in Nerima Ward before, and this time I visited the Kawasaki City Hall. 🏙️ The design of the Kawasaki City Hall building is quite beautiful. 🌟🌿 When I first walked in, I thought I had entered a trendy department store! 🛍️ 🏙️I visited on a weekday, and there weren't many people at the observation deck, making it very quiet. You can peacefully enjoy the view, watch planes taking off and landing at Haneda Airport, and on a clear day, you might even see Mount Fuji (all I saw was a bunch of dark clouds 😢). 🏙️It's a bit of a pity that there isn't a scenic café here. The one on the top floor of the Nerima Ward office was pretty good. 🌟🌿 Enjoying a meal while gazing into the distance feels really nice. 🍽️ #TokyoLife #UrbanArchitecture 🌟🌿
