A thin layer of pasta wraps around a rich, creamy mashed potato filling. Even the complimentary bread tastes better when dipped in the sauce 🍞. BEEF TARTARE (p4) $22 I had no idea it was raw meat when I ordered it. It wasn’t until later that I realized this is what “tartare” means—raw! I looked it up when I got home, and learned something new 😎. The raw beef is marinated in sauce, so there’s no gamey taste at all. Paired with potato chips, it’s a perfect match.
