🥗Spring Vegetable Salad I really enjoy leek and artichoke. It's not cold; the vegetables inside are either boiled or sautéed. It's tangy and very appetizing. 🦆Confit Duck This is probably the signature dish! The portion is quite large, with two duck legs that are well-seasoned but a bit rich. The pickled cherries that come with it are not to my taste, haha. It's better to eat it on its own. 🥣Couscous This dish is entirely vegetarian! didn't know that when she ordered it, haha. Although it's vegetarian, it contains mushrooms, green peas, an egg, and radish. It tastes a bit like eating egg-drop millet porridge. ☕️As for coffee, I definitely recommend it because you can choose your own espresso cup, haha.
