The dinner course included 16 pieces in total, and my absolute favorite was the Goma Tofu with Uni β absolutely stunning! The floral notes lingered beautifully long after each bite πΈπ« Celebrated my birthday here for the first time with an omakase experience ππ It was lovely β they brought out the final dessert (ice cream) with a lit candle and everyone sang βHappy Birthdayβ π―οΈπΆ Since it was my birthday, the chef asked if I like uni β and when I said yes, he gifted me a special uni hand roll ππ The uni was fresh, sweet, and incredibly flavorful β it wasnβt on the regular menu that day!
