The second floor is especially lively, perfect for group gatherings. Here’s what we tried: 🌟 Ginza Sushi (12pc Chef’s Selection) – Loved the generous scallop and rich salmon & toro belly. The sushi rice was perfectly balanced — not too firm or tart, letting the fish shine. 🌟 Ebisu Sashimi (18pc) – Fresh and beautifully presented. The yellowtail belly melted like butter, while the salmon and tuna were equally delightful. 🌟 Yuzu Miso Black Snapper – A house specialty! The skin was lightly crisp, the fish tender, and the yuzu-lemon sauce was tangy and refreshing. 🌟 Seafood Udon – A warm and comforting surprise. The broth had a nice “wok hei” aroma with plenty of seafood and cabbage — light yet flavorful. 🌟 Uni Donburi – A bowl piled with toro scraps and sea urchin, best wrapped in seaweed. The vinegared rice was slightly on the tangy side for me, but still tasty.
