Korean Restaurant in Seattle DT Open Late
Grabbed dinner from Late Night Kitchen—perfect for night owls! Unfortunately, it's only available on the west side and is takeout-only, making it great for ordering when hanging out with friends. 🍜 Creamy Kimchi Udon 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My first time trying dry-tossed udon—it looks similar to mentaiko pasta. Rich and cheesy, with kimchi cutting through the richness. The sauce is flavorful enough to coat the thick noodles perfectly. 🍱 Ribeye Bulgogi 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Sweet Korean-style grilled beef. The meat is thinly sliced and tender, though a bit too sweet for my taste. You can choose white rice or fried rice (upgrade for extra cost)—fried rice is more fragrant! 🐔 Korean Fried Chicken 🌟🌟🌟🌗 We got half honey butter and half sweet & spicy. The batter was a bit thick for my preference—I prefer the chicken from their katsu rice bowl, which has more meat. 🥪 Cream Onion Sandwich 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Smells amazing, like a classic Chinese-style burger. The onions are sweet and mild, paired with fried chicken—rich and satisfying. Half is enough to fill you up! We also tried the Rose Tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes with fish cakes), recommended by the owner—pretty good! 🏠 Late Night Kitchen 📍 5201 University Wy NE C, Seattle, WA 98105 #SeattleKoreanFood #SeattleLateNight #SeattleFriedChicken #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #SeattleWeekend #SeattleGuide #FoodDiary #RestaurantShare #Weekend
