π’ Korean-Style All-You-Can-Eat Ramen in Dallas
When I was in Dallas the other day, I visited a popular ramen buffet place called The Ramyun Library. I had heard about DIY ramen restaurants before, but I didn't expect to find one in the US. π 1060 W Frankford Rd Ste 216, Carrollton, TX 75007 π¦ 11AM-8PM The owner of this place is Korean! There are two huge walls of instant noodles in the store. They have a wide variety of ramen, including several vegan options. The menu is designed in a π pixelated style, which is super cute. The ramen bowls are specially made and can be placed on induction cookers for heating. When the place is crowded, you might have to wait for the previous customer to finish, but the induction cooker heats the ramen quickly. It only takes two or three minutes to cook. The day I went was quite busy, and I waited for about fifteen minutes. β° After choosing your ramen, you can also select from more than ten toppings. I like scallops. If you're worried that the ramen might be a bit monotonous, the store offers a variety of sides, such as seaweed rolls, fish cakes, Korean fried dumplings, and pancakes. The dumplings are crispy and not greasy, which deserves a thumbs up. Finish your meal with an ice cream for a delightful treat. π #RamenBuffet #Texas #Dallas #KoreanStyle
