Fam, I'm back at Galaxy again! It's like my happy place! 🏠 No exaggeration, this is the best KTV restaurant I've been to in London. Not only can you sing your heart out, but the food is also top-notch! 😋 I can't recommend it enough! ✨ As soon as you step into the private room, the dreamy starry ceiling KTV room just takes your breath away. Lights changing, stars twinkling, the atmosphere is just perfect! 💯 🍱 Their food is also amazing, with a wide variety of Sichuan dishes and BBQ. I ordered four dishes with friends, and every single one was fantastic! 1️⃣ Garlic Shrimp with Vermicelli: The garlic flavor is perfectly infused into the vermicelli and shrimp. The shrimp is tender and bouncy, while the vermicelli soaks up the sweetness of the shrimp and the aroma of the garlic. Every bite is super satisfying! 🍤 2️⃣ In the Mao Xue Wang (Spicy Offal Hot Pot), the tripe is crispy, the duck blood is silky smooth, and the gizzard is super tender. Every bite is covered in flavorful broth—so delicious! 🍲 3️⃣ The sliced beef in the Boiled Beef dish is thin and tender beyond belief. Covered in bright red chili oil and Sichuan peppercorns, it's spicy, fresh, and incredibly tender. The flavors are just amazing! 🍖 4️⃣ The Braised Pork Belly has a gorgeous color. It's soft, sweet, and melts in your mouth without being greasy.
