LA|LULU|A Cozy, Healing Brunch After Waking Up & Heading Downstairs 🍃
Lulu’s prime location makes it the kind of spot you’d want to pop into even just passing by 😍 Waking up relaxed on a Sunday, enjoying a good meal, and then strolling over to the Hammer Museum — that’s my ideal Sunday vibe ✨ Their menu changes periodically with fresh, seasonal ingredients, which always gives me a reason to return and try something new 🥗 My current favorite is the celery salad — the coarse grains take a little while to chew, but that drizzle of honey really brings it all together 🌿🍯 The Devil Egg was a bit of a letdown this time — the raw onion mixed in was too sharp for my taste (though I might just not be an onion person 🙈). Honestly, I still dream about the Devil Egg from Faith & Flower years ago… still the best in LA in my book! The roasted pork was absolutely delicious with a distinct Asian-inspired flavor — even my picky friend loved it 🐷👌 And the smoked salmon topped with orange zest was so refreshing — surprisingly not bitter at all (how do they do it?!). So, so good 😋 #LifeAbroad #LAFoodGuide #FoodPhotography #BrunchLife #SpringEats #Brunch #EmbraceTheSaladBowl #LosAngeles #SoCalLiving 🥑☀️
