Light, crunchy, and naturally sweet. 🥪 CROSTINI AL MASCARPONE Another Italian classic — toasted bread with creamy mascarpone and prosciutto. Simple but delicious. 🍝 Bianchi & Neri Their signature pasta — looks like every table had one! Creamy carbonara-style pasta with mushrooms, bacon, and fresh shrimp (so tender!). The pasta itself is perfectly al dente — chewy and satisfying. 🍝 Boccoletti Al Pesto E Ricotta Basil pesto pasta with ricotta… honestly, hard to recommend 😅. Tasted very “green” and healthy — not a crowd favorite it seems. 🍝 Lasagna Di Carne Classic meat lasagna — layers of pasta, rich meat sauce, and melty cheese.
