LA’s Best Crab Roe Noodles Are Actually at an Italian Restaurant! 🍝🦀
📍 Cento Raw Bar 4919 W Adams Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016 This is the new sister spot to Cento Pasta Bar—right next door! No reservations needed, opens at 5 PM. From my experience, if you go on a weekday between 5–7:30 PM, you can easily walk in—it starts getting busy after 7:30. And oh my—it was SO delicious! Insanely good! 🤤 The “crab roe noodles” are actually Uni Pasta—a must-order! Fresh sea urchin mixed with squid ink pasta, topped with a huge scoop of real crab meat. 🦀💥 It’s incredibly rich and flavorful—way better than any pre-made “crab roe noodles” you’ll find in the Chinese districts. The pasta is perfectly al dente and clearly made fresh daily. Close your eyes, take a bite—the uni tastes just like luxurious crab roe! 👅🎭 The menu is small—we ordered everything and were happily full (almost too full!). All dishes are prepared right at the bar—you can watch the chefs work their magic (they were super busy, and the bartender was literally running around at one point!). 🔥👨🍳 Valet parking is available.
