LA’s Juiciest Sausage Ever! Savory & Creamy! Worth the Line! 🏃♂️💨
My Korean ex once got takeout from here and said it wasn’t as good as Heritage Barbecue… But after hearing everyone rave about the dine-in experience, I decided to give it another shot— drove an hour just to try it today! 🌟 And the sausage? Absolutely INSANE! The best in LA! 🏆 Super crispy skin, juicy burst with every bite, cheesy creaminess, and savory meat flavor—wow wow wow!!! I’d rate it 8.6/10 (only because it’s a bit too salty for me 😂). It’s called Pork Verde – don’t miss it! The THICC BURGER was also amazing! 🍔 Not too salty, perfectly grilled beef that melts in your mouth—juicy and milky-rich. The Brisket was well-cooked too—tender, fatty and lean in all the right places, literally melts away. The only downside: the seasoning wasn’t as bold as Heritage’s. Maybe it’s about the smoking time and wood—so the smokiness is lighter. You’ll want to pair it with sauce (BBQ or mustard both work). At Heritage, you don’t need any extra sauce! It wasn’t Saturday, so no beef ribs today 😢 I’ve had them before and felt the same way—dining in didn’t fix that… But it’s still one of the best in LA—otherwise, why would there always be a long line? Since there were no beef ribs, I felt like I needed more meat, so I ordered… 1 lb of pork belly + 1 lb of pork ribs — BIG MISTAKE! 🚫 Don’t do it, guys! Skip these! Two sides I highly recommend: 🍮 Tres Leches Pudding – Mind-blowing! Served warm—like warm bread soaked in milk… but better! If you love milk-soaked bread or cookies, you MUST order this! So creamy, so sweet, SO DELICIOUS! 🌽 Jalapeño Cream Corn – Spicy, creamy, salty, and sweet all at once! A must-order—100% you’ll love it! 💕 📍 Address: Moo's Craft Barbecue, 2118 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90031 #DailyEats #LosAngeles #SausageLover #BeefHeaven #FoodieLife #AmericanBBQ #TexasBBQ #FoodScience #FoodieUniverse #LAEats #BBQTour #ComfortFood
