LA’s This Ice Cream 🍧 Every Flavor Haunts My Dreams!!

No wonder it’s my favorite ice cream shop in Los Angeles — no doubt about it! It’s the famous Awan! I’ve raved before about their blue Yuzu flavor — my top one ☝️ — but sadly it was seasonal and currently not available 😢. I asked the staff, and they said it might make a comeback someday 🥹…I almost cried! This time, I taste-tested every item on their spring 🆕 new menu! I discovered that the passionfruit flavor is super similar to that iconic blue yuzu. So I straight up bought a whole tub to take home 🏡😂 — gonna enjoy it slowly! 🍊 BLOOD ORANGE Not too sour — creamy with a gentle citrus twist. Refreshing like grapefruit, super smooth! 💚 PINK GUAVA MATCHA Don’t be fooled by “pink” in the name — this one’s all green 🍵! The matcha overpowers the guava, making it a pretty standard matcha flavor. My friend loved it though 😆! 🧡 ORO BLANCO True grapefruit vibes — starts creamy and fragrant, ends with a slight bitter twist. Perfect after a meal to cut the grease. Big like from me! 🖤 TOTORO My second favorite from the new lineup! Black sesame all the way — rich but not overly sweet. Maybe it’s good for my hair too 😜. Made with black sesame, charcoal-distilled coffee + oats — superfood energyyy! And the name…so cute! “Totoro” — wonder if the owner loves Miyazaki too 🐻❄️💖! 💛 PASSIONFRUIT 🏅 Award this one first place! Passionfruit is the winner for me — fruity, creamy, silky, with that perfect sweet-sour finish. Totally addictive.
