LA|🌟 Michelin-Starred Taiwanese Cuisine at Kato Restaurant
I had pretty high expectations for this place, but personally, I found the overall experience just okay—even the cocktails were nothing special. 🍸😐 The quail and quail leg were probably the most flavorful dishes of the night. 🐦👌 The lamb dish was very… lamb-forward (if you know what I mean!). Unfortunately, they don’t allow substitutions, so if you don’t eat lamb, you’ll just have to sit there staring at it when this course arrives. 🐑😬 Desserts were also mediocre—the strawberry cheesecake was one of the least tasty I’ve ever had. 🍓🍰 The salted egg yolk puff was the highlight among the sweets. 🥚✨ 📍 Kato Restaurant Have you been to Kato?
