Yuzu Ratan Ramen 🌶️ Our favorite of the three — rich, aromatic, and well-balanced with a gentle spicy kick. 3. Yuzu Tsuyu Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) Came with flavorful braised pork, but the dipping sauce didn’t cling well to the noodles, leaving some bites bland. 4. Tori Karaage 🍗 Crispy, thin crust and juicy thigh meat — really well done! Topped with shiso flakes and served with tangy dipping sauce. 5.
