Finally checked out this famed BBQ spot—we ordered the Yazawa Omakase. While some might not love the rich taste of A5 wagyu, I absolutely enjoyed every bite! 😋 【Starters】 Three small wagyu appetizers—decent, but the real stars were yet to come. 【Two Cuts of Yazawa Wagyu】 The wagyu here is flown directly from Japan, never frozen. Quality speaks for itself! 🇯🇵 【Yazawa-Yaki】 Sukiyaki-style wagyu slices—so tender and flavorful! The foamy raw egg dipping sauce was a revelation. Maybe I’ll try whipping eggs with a frother at home? 🥢 【Four More Yazawa Wagyu Cuts】 Each piece was perfect—no disappointments here! 【Filet Mignon】 Thick-cut yet incredibly tender. Every course was satisfying and memorable! We also ordered the wagyu fried rice—instant favorite! 🍚 After the course, we even added extra wagyu cuts à la carte. Surprisingly, I never felt overwhelmed by the richness. Totally worth it—I’ll be back for sure!
