LA|It’s Just Instant Noodles

Who can resist a steaming bowl of instant noodles late at night? After a round of Werewolf at a friend’s place, we were starving — headed straight to Yuk Dae Jang for a midnight snack. We always order the same three things — never get tired of this place. 🍲 Beef Intestine Hot Pot ★★★★☆ Must-order for offal lovers! Koreans really know how to handle these — no weird smell at all, packed with tripe, intestines, shredded beef, plus tofu, enoki mushrooms, cabbage, sweet potato noodles… Broth is comforting too — sharing a pot with friends late at night = pure happiness. 🍜 Spicy Beef Ramyun ★★★★☆ No idea how they cook these noodles — but it’s nothing like what we make at home!!! I already love Korean spicy beef soup, and the shredded beef here is so tasty and appetizing 🤤 They crack an egg into it — you get strands of cooked egg, plus refreshing garlic chives. Tried recreating it many times — failed. Really wanna sneak into the kitchen!!! 🐷 Korean Bossam ★★★★☆ We got the small portion — unlike regular boiled pork, this tastes smoked/cured, with a nice smoky aroma. Good cut of pork belly — well-marbled, tender, not greasy. Wrap with chili rings, kimchi, and cabbage — so freaking good!!! 🥗 Banchan may be standard at Korean spots, but theirs taste house-made — really delicious. 🅿️ Free parking in the courtyard out front. 🇰🇷 Yuk Dae Jang 📍 3033 W 6th St, Ste 104, Los Angeles, CA 90020 #InstantNoodlesPerfected #LosAngeles #LAEats #LALife #LAExploration #LADining
