We ordered: 🍣 Uni Ikura Scallop & Blue Crab 🥶 Cold Tofu 🐙 Spanish Octopus 🍗 Grilled Chicken Thigh 👅 Beef Tongue 🍚 Uni Risotto Everything was delicious—no disappointments at all! 😍 Strongly recommend the Uni Ikura and the Grilled Chicken Thigh… so flavorful and perfectly cooked! 👌✨ The dishes were served one by one in a well-thought-out order—really felt intentional and elevated the whole experience! 🍶🎌 Reservations are done via email… They reply pretty fast! I emailed at night and got a reply around 1 AM… then I replied around 2 AM and got confirmed! 📧⏱ Service was absolutely impeccable! The staff was super attentive… I even wondered if the waiter understood Chinese 😂 My friends and I were discussing what to order in Mandarin, and he somehow responded perfectly… hahaha!
