LA｜Michelin ⭐️ Sushi Inaba – Finally Checked It Off! 🍣✨

Sushi Inaba has been highly recommended by so many friends – and it definitely lived up to the hype! The whole meal felt very well-paced and thoughtfully organized. 🧘♀️🍶 We ordered the Ohmine "2 Grain" sake – something I’ve been wanting to try for a while! The bottle is so beautiful – I wanted to take it home! 🍶💖 The first course, uni soba, was absolutely stunning – I loved it from the very first bite! 🌊🍜 My favorite dish was the fried hand roll with silver-stripe round herring – super crispy and delicious! 🐟🌯 As for the sushi, I felt the rice was slightly warmer than I prefer – I guess I’m more into cooler-temperature foods... 🍚🤔 Dessert was classic – tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet), as expected. 🍳✨ The service was excellent – our cups were never empty, they kept refilling them promptly!
