LA｜My Favorite Dessert: BJ's Pizookie 🍪🍦

What’s a Pizookie? It’s a warm, chewy, freshly baked cookie (or brownie!) topped with a scoop of cold ice cream – the ultimate hot-and-cold combo that hits all the right spots! It’s the kind of guilty pleasure I crave from time to time 😭💖 I still remember the first time I tried it – my good friend took me to BJ’s, and on the way there, she kept saying how much she was craving a Pizookie. At the time, I didn’t get it – what was so special about this dessert with such a funny name? But after one bite… I went from skeptical to understanding… to becoming just like her, totally obsessed! 😂 Besides their famous dessert, BJ’s also has some really great draft beers – including several award-winning brews! 🍺🏆 And of course, their food is delicious too – we always order the New Orleans Jambalaya (tastes like a flavorful black pepper fried rice 🍛) and the Shrimp Scampi Spaghetti 🍤🍝 Have you tried BJ’s Pizookie before?
