LA｜My Go-To College Ramen Spot Just Opened a New Location! 🍜🎓

Fellow Bruins probably know Tatsu well—it was practically my campus canteen! I posted earlier about their new spot in the Arts District, and I made it during their soft opening! The new space is huge, modern, and still has that cool industrial vibe. 【Soul Ramen】 My all-time favorite! The richest broth, seasoned with black garlic oil and Korean spicy miso paste—so satisfying, I finish every drop! (No green onions for me though 😅) 【Bold Ramen】 Slow-simmered tonkotsu broth with a soft-boiled egg, blended with 11 rich ingredients and topped with crispy fried onions. So flavorful! 【Chicken Rice】 Ordered for the kiddo—decent but a bit dry.
