LA｜New Coffee Gem with Top-Notch Beans (and Baristas!) ☕️😍

Stopped by last weekend and was so impressed—this shop seriously cares about coffee! Also, note to self: the baristas (and even customers!) are all super good-looking 😉 Still recovering from a bad cold, so I just got a regular coffee this time—but their pour-over is a must-try! Can’t wait to go back for matcha and specialty brews once I’m better 💚 They serve Monolith Coffee, including beans from Yunnan's Red Dragon Estate—experimentally processed with anaerobic natural fermentation. Super intrigued to taste it once my senses return! The space feels warm and community-minded.
