Still exploring eats in South Bay! This newer spot opened earlier this year with a cool, modern vibe. It focuses on Itameshi—Japan’s take on Italian pasta that’s been popular for over a century. Owned by Takashi Sada (also behind Japonica), the space features white brick walls, metal accents, and mural art—simple, stylish, and perfect for Redondo Beach 🏖️ The menu is concise and great for trying something new each visit! We ordered: 🍝 Unico Bolognese – Wagyu bacon ragu, rich and savory 🥗 Burrata Caprese Salad – Cherry tomatoes, stracciatella, basil, olive oil & honey 🍗 Chicken Alfredo – Free-range chicken breast with asparagus, onions & mushrooms Everything was delicious!
