LA|Rowland Heights 🇰🇷 Super Authentic & Iconic Korean Restaurant 🥇
Lately I’ve been really into all kinds of Korean food — and this legendary spot is said to be AMAZING! Had to check it out 😋💨 ♡ Braised Beef Short Ribs (Galbi Jjim) 🐂 OMG so tender!! The beef ribs are stewed until they practically melt in your mouth. So so good — first dish we finished! 🥇 The sauce is thick and on the sweeter side. ♡ Blood Sausage, Pork Belly & Tripe Platter The tripe is so fragrant and tender — loved it! Paired with their special dipping sauce, it’s perfect. The blood sausage (made with pork blood) is soft and chewy — felt like I was back in Korea instantly. ♡ Signature Spicy Beef Offal Hot Pot Loaded with ingredients — generous portions! Includes my favorite beef intestines and tripe, plus rice cakes, kimchi, tofu, onions, and more. The server auntie was super sweet — she helped adjust the heat and even ladled us a bowl of the broth. 📍 Currently only available on 🐼🥡 (Panda Express?) with VIP discount — go try it!! 🎯 Gung Jung Restaurant 19814 Colima Rd, Walnut, CA 91789 #LosAngeles #LAFood #100RestaurantsChallenge #FoodDiary #RowlandHeightsEats #LAEats
