LA|The Last Meal Before Leaving — Sushi & Ramen
Let me be upfront — this is a delicious but not-so-clean Japanese spot ❗️❗️❗️ We found a hair inside the sushi roll, so we left half of it untouched. 🍜 Shoyu Ramen (with Pork Chashu) A savory soy-based ramen — the pork chashu was slightly crispy on the outside when served, and the egg was perfectly soft-boiled with a runny yolk that coated the noodles luxuriously. Corn, spinach, and seaweed as toppings — all flavorful. 🍣 LOVE Roll (crab salad & avocado roll with baked salmon) Eight pieces per order — ingredients tasted fresh and tasty, but hygiene was a letdown. This dish was refunded in the end. To make up for it, the server (a polite, good-looking Thai guy — we thought he was Japanese!) brought us sliced oranges and handled the situation respectfully. At least the service tried to recover the experience. 📍 Tokyo Cube #TokyoCubeLA #Ramen #SushiFail #HygieneWarning #LAEats #MixedExperience #FoodSafetyFirst
