Restaurant: Tequila Jack’s, located in Long Beach’s Shoreline Village—a lively Mexican-inspired bar and grill. Being so close to Mexico, the local chefs use fresh regional ingredients to create authentic dishes at very affordable prices. I ordered the BBQ short ribs—so flavorful and tender! 😋 We went on a Tuesday and caught Taco Tuesday 🌮—two huge tacos for just 5! Also tried their 300ml tequila cocktail 🍹 for only 9—a big, delicious drink that lasted forever (perfect for sipping slowly while enjoying burritos or tortilla chips with friends!). No wonder they’re called Tequila Jack’s! 😄💃 ❗️But the real highlight is the location by the sea. If you go around sunset on a clear day, you’ll catch golden hour 🌅. Enjoying dinner while watching the sun dip below the horizon is pure bliss—especially after a long day of exploring. The lively, relaxed vibe makes it the perfect place to unwind as the sky turns shades of pink and orange.
