Must-try for offal lovers. 🐮🔥 🐄 Grilled Beef Intestine Set Zero weird smell! Crispy outside, chewy inside—each bite bursts with savory fat. Comes with kimchi, steamed egg, soup, and cheese. Eat with soju—perfection! Beef tripe is also chewy and great with onions. 🥩 Beef Set (Marbled Beef) Beautifully marbled, grilled to juicy tenderness. So flavorful on its own—no sauce needed! I like wrapping it in lettuce (wish there was garlic though!). 🥚 Beef Tartare Fresh, tender strips of raw beef with pear and egg yolk—smooth, cool, and layered in flavor.
