An Omakase so good I instantly posted about it on Instagram right after eating!! Thought my friend and I were just picking a random spot, but we ended up completely blown away by the flavor, value, texture, and portions! Couldn’t wait even a second to share this with you all — a restaurant like this deserves to blow up! 🔥 📍 K's Bistro 📍 735 Baker St, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 They serve all kinds of Japanese sushi and sashimi à la carte, but we were too hungry to choose, so we went for the Omakase. Two options: $100 or $150 (the $150 adds more appetizers — we picked this one). And omg — it was SO WORTH IT!! Felt like getting a $300 experience for $150. The fish quality was excellent, portions were huge, dishes were thoughtful, and seasoning was just right. Strongly recommend the $100 option for girls — we were literally stuffed walking out.
