LA | A Rare Gem: Beautiful & Delicious Michelin Dining in DTLA ππ½οΈ
Went in with modest expectations, but left completely impressed β this place is definitely going on my revisit list! Located in DTLA, street parking is tricky, but thereβs plenty of public parking nearby. After dinner, itβs perfect for a little city walk β the area is full of vibe-y bars and restaurants (including the super popular Death & Co. right next door πΈ). The culinary journey: Cream Puff β A savory amuse-bouche to start the night. Sea Bream ππ β Visually stunning, like a cocktail or dessert. Top layer of green apple sorbet, middle of uni cream, base of fresh sea bream. Genius combination, refreshing and rich. Scallop π₯ β The dish that brought my friend back for seconds. Sweet-savory glaze over scallop-stuffed ravioli β sauce so good we used all the bread to wipe the plate clean! Chicken π β Unbelievably tender, with crispy skin and a sauce worth savoring with every bite. Ribeye π₯© β A specialities menu item (requires pre-order). The presentation and knife-selection ritual were fun, but it was extremely salty. Kiwi Dessert π₯π§ β Light, refreshing kiwi-mint sorbet with jelly and fresh fruit. The perfect palate cleanser. Madeleine π§ β Free at the end, and so good we asked for seconds! A truly memorable meal where creativity meets execution. If youβre looking for a special night out in DTLA with both style and substance, this is it. π₯π« #MichelinLA #DTLADining #FineDiningGem #SeaBreamUni #ScallopRavioli #KiwiDessert #CityWalkEats #DeathAndCoNeighbor #SpecialOccasionSpot #LAFoodFinds #WorthTheSplurge #EatDrinkExplore #SoCalEats #FoodAsArt #MemorableMeal #CaliforniaCuisine #TreatYourself #EatPretty #MustTryInLA #FoodieHeaven
