LA | All-You-Can-Eat Hot Pot with Wagyu, Abalone & Seafood! 🥩
This is my second time visiting this hot pot spot, and each time I leave feeling genuinely happy ☺️. The fresh ingredients, rich broths, extensive sauce bar, complimentary snacks, and attentive service all come together to create an unforgettable experience. They’ve even added two new soup bases: Basil Ribeye and Spicy Braised Beef Oil! 🦞 Seafood Platter: Lobster, Abalone, Scallops & Tiger Shrimp The lobster was fresh and tender (though limited to one per person—everything else is unlimited!). I especially love their abalone—it stays wonderfully springy even after boiling. The scallops practically melted in my mouth. 🥩 Wagyu Brisket, Snow Beef & Beef Tongue The snow beef was beautifully marbled and incredibly satisfying dipped in garlic oil. The brisket and tongue were also excellent, especially when paired with their new beef bone broth—clean, rich, and deeply flavorful. 🐂 Basil Ribeye Hot Pot Base The broth arrived with a whole beef rib 🍖 inside, infused with a light, herbal basil fragrance. My friend and I shared this and the spicy braised beef oil base—perfect for balancing flavors. The Napa cabbage cooked in the clear broth was subtly sweet and refreshing between rounds of meat. 🥤 Drinks & Snacks Their Hokkaido milk tea is best with extra ice to balance the sweetness. The snack bar features delicious sides like spicy shredded potatoes, mala-style dishes, and braised pork belly. Don’t miss the mini sausages in the hot pot section—they burst with juice! 🍑 After-Meal Treat We capped off the meal with a cheesy peach tea from Omomo—pure bliss! If you’re looking for a hot pot experience that’s fresh, flavorful, and full of options, this is the place to go. #LosAngeles #LAFood #HotPot #AllYouCanEat #SeafoodLovers #Wagyu #IrvineEats #MoomooHotPot #FoodieReview #LADining
