π 3454 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90005 Tried Bon Shabu with friends over the weekend, and the hot pot buffet totally felt like a foodie paradise! π€€ Plenty of meat choices! Beef, lamb, pork belly β thinly sliced and melt-in-your-mouth tender after a quick dip. Next time I might go veggie-only for just $24! The buffet bar is fully open with lots of seafood and meatballs too. Self-serve seafood station β shrimp, mussels, crawfish π¦, fish slices β take as much as you want! Veggies, mushrooms, tofu, meatballs β all there, so you wonβt miss out on greens. Broth options include spicy or mild. I went with mushroom and mild spicy β light, clean Japanese-style hot pot thatβs perfect for health-conscious eaters! They also have snacks and desserts at the buffet β fried sweet & sour pork comes in a few types (some were a bit tough, but two were super crispy β probably freshly fried!). π° Price: Lunch is cheaper than dinner, and veggie-only is an even better deal! π Overall: Fresh ingredients, tons of variety β perfect for hanging out with friends.
