LA | Cento | How Is the Pasta This Good?! 🍝🤤

I’m late to the party — finally tried Cento after sitting in my bookmarks forever! Similar vibes to Bestia, but Cento shines with its pasta focus. Went in mostly for the aesthetics, but left seriously impressed. Even my friend, who doesn’t usually go for pasta, couldn’t stop eating. Total was around $75 per person. 💸 Flavors leaned salty — but honestly, with everyone sipping cocktails, it balanced out perfectly. 🍹 The pasta speaks for itself, and the scallops were wonderfully seasoned with a hint of chili spice. 🌶️ But the tiramisu — wow! Banana version sounded odd at first, but one bite and I was sold: not too sweet, weirdly fresh, and so delicious.
