Founded by Andrew Lawson and Chef Evan Algorri, it’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease. 🥂 Favorite Starters: 🍈 PROSCIUTTO + BUFFALO MOZZARELLA – with peach & vincotto. A classic, refreshing pairing perfect with wine. 🥗 HONEY GEMS SALAD – with apple, basil, and Piave cheese. Light, sweet, and herby—unexpectedly delicious! 🦐 SCAMPI ‘NDUJA – 🔥 THE must-order! Juicy prawns in a spicy ‘nduja sausage sauce—so flavorful, tender, and satisfying. I could make a meal out of this alone! 🍝 Mains we tried: The Bavette Nerano pasta with mussels was good, but not unforgettable. We also ordered a pork dish that unfortunately missed the mark in flavor.
