LA | Driftwood | Best Food in Laguna, But Not the Prettiest to Shoot

Laguna has tons of ocean-view spots, but most aren’t that great food-wise… Looking at you, Larsen — pretty and photogenic, but meh on flavor. As a food-first kinda girl, I can’t settle for just nice views. A friend recommended Driftwood as actually tasty, so while strolling around, we gave it a try — and yes, it’s solid! Though photo-wise, it doesn’t compete with the more scenic spots. 🦐 Thai-style shrimp — excellent, super springy. 🐟 Scallops with mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, and spinach — so savory and satisfying. 🦞 Lobster pasta — creamy white sauce that wasn’t heavy. #Foodie #PrettyPlates #LAFoodGuide #LifeAbroad #OceanViewDining #MyFoodTreasures
