But this brunch is heavy — not a hint of “healthy” in sight. Whoever thought of pairing omelet with a buttery, flaky croissant is a genius — so fragrant, so oily, so good.❤️😊 Chicken liver mousse is incredibly rich — almost overwhelming. Their bread is chewy and glossy — hard to make it taste bad if you ignore the calories. Can’t come every week, but once a month? Definitely. 🥑 Avocado hummus — so fun, you forget it’s bean-based. Loaded with pistachios, served with crispbread — like fancy snacks.
