LA | Found the Ultimate Crispy Fish — Devoured TWO Bowls of Rice! 🍚🔥
Recently, I've been hooked on Chinese food livestreams featuring crispy mandarin fish and was craving it like crazy. I had never tasted this uniquely textured fish before, so my friends and I decided to visit a Hunan restaurant in Rowland Heights over the weekend—and to our delight, they actually had it on the menu! 🐟✨ 📍 Chef Tian’s 18248 Gale Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748 🌟 Boiled Crispy Mandarin Fish A must-try! The dish is packed with spicy, savory flavors that make it incredibly xià fàn (perfect with rice). The fish itself has an amazing texture—crispy on the outside, yet tender and juicy inside. So addictive, you won’t want to stop eating! 🌟 Stir-Fried Trio This tangy and spicy dish features fresh pork liver and kidney. The balance of heat and acidity is spot-on, and the ingredients are cooked to perfection—no off-flavors at all. 🌟 Hunan Fried Rice Don’t miss this! The rice is stir-fried with authentic chopped chili (verified by our Hunan friend), giving it a deliciously sour and spicy kick that really wakes up your appetite. We also ordered the Fresh Pepper Bullfrog—tender, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor—and the Stir-Fried Cauliflower, which was lightly tossed with vinegar, adding a refreshing touch that cut through the richness of the other dishes. Overall, every dish was a hit—no disappointments! As a sweet finish, the restaurant even offers free ice cream at the door. 🍦😊 The staff mentioned that all their chefs are from Hunan, ensuring authentic flavors. They also shared exciting news—a new branch is opening soon in Irvine, and we’re really hoping they’ll expand to San Gabriel too! 🙏 #LAEats #HunanCuisine #CrispyFish #RowlandHeightsFood #SpicyFoodLove #ComfortFood #LAFoodie #AuthenticChinese #MustTryLA #FoodieAdventure
