The tonkotsu soup was rich and creamy with a nice kick of heat, the noodles were medium-thick with a good chew, the chashu was flavorful, and the soft-boiled egg was delicious! 🥚🔥 🍝 Mazesoba (Chashu Dry Noodle) Loaded with toppings! A soft-boiled egg in the middle, mixed thoroughly with the thick noodles—the sauce had a slight sweetness, and every bite was super satisfying. 🍴💛 🍛 $4 Potato Curry Rice Added a small curry rice bowl, but the portion was generous! It had that classic Japanese veggie curry flavor—great for when you’re curious and want to try a bit of everything (like me!). 😄 🍘 Inari Sushi Platter Four flavors: crab stick, egg roll, chashu, and grilled beef.
