LA | Hidden Gem Peruvian Food šŸ‡µšŸ‡Ŗ | Melon & Mango Ceviche!

I’d heard so much about this Peruvian spot in West LA—and it did not disappoint! Their signature ceviche and juicy lamb chop pasta are still on my mind. 🄭 Melon & Mango Ceviche So creative! Served in a hollowed-out melon, filled with fresh shrimp and fish, and tossed in a stunning mango-passionfruit sauce. The dish also came with several types of corn—refreshing, tangy, and the perfect start to the meal. šŸ– Juicy Lamb Chop Pesto Pasta An intriguing combo! The lamb chops were tender, flavorful, and grilled to juicy perfection. At under $30 for four chops, it’s a steal! The pasta was slightly overcooked, but the pesto was fragrant and well-balanced. 🄘 Seafood Paella Savory and rich, with every grain of rice soaked in seafood broth. A touch of acidity cut through the richness, and the dish was loaded with mussels, shrimp, and scallops—generous and satisfying! We also loved the spicy sauce served with their bread—so good we asked for more! There were other dishes I’m eager to try next time, like the sizzling beef and other ceviche varieties. The ambiance is simple, but the food makes it worth returning for. šŸš— Street parking is easy nearby. šŸ‘©šŸ’» By day, I’m a data scientist in tech; by night, a foodie sharing hidden gems across LA and the Bay.
