While shopping in Irvine, we discovered this amazing all-you-can-eat hot pot spot — and wow, the seafood is fresh, the Wagyu is tender, and the value is unreal! Compared to similar spots in Rowland Heights, this one is more affordable and the seafood quality is even better — they even serve whole lobster! 🦞 Seafood Platter – Includes lobster, abalone, mussels, scallops, tiger shrimp, and shrimp paste. The whole fresh lobster cooked in the collagen chicken broth was so bouncy and satisfying — each bite felt like a celebration! 🐚 You can reorder abalone each round — we added several! So tender and springy. Even the mussels were fresh and not fishy at all — a first for me! Scallops and tiger shrimp were also top-notch, especially dipped in sesame oil and chili powder. 🥩 Wagyu Chuck, Snow Beef, Premium Beef Tongue, Lamb Shoulder, Black Tripe The Wagyu and snow beef melted in our mouths after a quick dip in the spicy Sichuan broth. Paired with dry chili flakes — absolutely addictive! Beef tongue soaked in the collagen chicken broth was rich and flavorful. 🧃 Drinks & Extras A whole fridge of complimentary drinks! We tried the aged pu'er tea with dried tangerine peel — so refreshing and cuts through the richness. The plum juice tasted freshly brewed, and the Hokkaido milk tea was sweet but satisfying for those with a sweet tooth. 🥬 Self-Serve Island All the hot pot essentials: meatballs, luncheon meat, quail eggs, imitation crab, tripe, crown daisy, veggies, potato, and wide noodles. They even have a prepared food section with salt & pepper pork chops, braised pork, crayfish, andshrimp 🍤 🍰 Dessert Ice cream and cheesecake! We were too full for more than a scoop of strawberry ice cream — creamy and full of real fruit flavor. 💁 Service was warm and helpful — they patiently walked us through the menu and recommendations.
